The same outlet reports North Korea is deploying specialised artillery personnel as Russia seeks to exploit perceived weaknesses in Ukrainian lines.

The deployment, if confirmed, would represent a significant escalation in Pyongyang's material support for Moscow's war effort, beyond the shells and ammunition already supplied.
